Solid and reliable emergency stairs will ensure a safe evacuation route from both multifamily houses and public utility buildings. It is the cheapest and the easiest way to meet the requirements of fire regulations as these staircases have a high temporary resistance to loads and pressure of the crowd. Additionally, thanks to the possibility of using intumescent (fireproof) paints the construction resists direct fire.
Access to the stairs from the outside can be limited while being available from the inside.
